Managing Your Subscription and Billing
ReplyFlow offers flexible subscription plans to fit businesses of all sizes. Here is everything you need to know about managing your subscription and billing.
Available Plans
- Free: Get started with basic review management for one location. Includes limited AI responses per month.
- Growth ($29/month): Ideal for growing businesses. Includes unlimited AI responses, email campaigns, analytics, and up to 3 connected platforms.
- Enterprise ($79/month): For larger businesses and agencies. Includes everything in Growth plus lead management, content creation, priority support, and unlimited locations.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features.
Viewing Your Current Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard.
- Your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date are displayed at the top of the page.
- Below that, you can see your usage for the current billing period.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select your desired plan.
- Confirm the upgrade.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
To downgrade:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the lower-tier plan.
- Confirm the downgrade.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan's features until then.
Payment Methods
ReplyFlow accepts payments through Paystack, which supports:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank transfers (select regions)
- Mobile money (select regions)
To update your payment method, go to Settings > Billing > Payment Method.
Invoices and Receipts
All invoices are available in Settings > Billing > Invoice History. You can download PDF invoices for your records or accounting purposes.
Canceling Your Subscription
If you need to cancel:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- You will be asked to confirm and optionally provide a reason.
After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
What happens if my payment fails?
We will retry the payment and notify you by email. If the payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support within 7 days of a charge for a full refund if you are unsatisfied.
