How to Set Up Your ReplyFlow Account
Getting started with ReplyFlow takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps to set up your account and start managing your online reviews.
Creating Your Account
- Visit the ReplyFlow signup page and enter your email address.
- Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers).
- Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
- Complete your business profile with your business name, industry, and location.
Connecting Your First Review Platform
After creating your account, you will be guided to connect at least one review platform. ReplyFlow supports Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Yelp. We recommend starting with Google, as it typically has the highest impact on local search visibility.
Navigate to Settings > Platforms and click the "Connect" button next to your preferred platform. Follow the authorization prompts to grant ReplyFlow access to your reviews.
Setting Up Your Brand Voice
Before AI can generate responses on your behalf, it needs to understand how you communicate. Go to Settings > Brand Voice and configure:
- Tone: Choose from professional, friendly, casual, or custom.
- Business details: Add key information about your services, specialties, and unique selling points.
- Response preferences: Set your preferred response length and whether to include calls to action.
Exploring Your Dashboard
Once connected, your dashboard will display:
- Recent reviews across all connected platforms
- Your average rating and review count
- Response rate and average response time
- AI-generated response drafts ready for your approval
