Connecting Your Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile is the most important review platform for local businesses. Connecting it to ReplyFlow allows you to view, respond to, and analyze all your Google reviews from one dashboard.

Prerequisites

Before connecting, make sure you have:

• A verified Google Business Profile (visit business.google.com to verify)
• Owner or manager access to the profile
• The Google account credentials you used to set up the profile

Step-by-Step Connection

1. Log in to your ReplyFlow dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings > Platforms.
3. Click Connect Google Business Profile.
4. You will be redirected to Google's authorization page.
5. Select the Google account associated with your business profile.
6. Review the permissions ReplyFlow is requesting and click Allow.
7. If you manage multiple locations, select the specific business profile you want to connect.
8. You will be redirected back to ReplyFlow with a confirmation message.

What Happens After Connecting

• ReplyFlow will import your existing Google reviews. This may take a few minutes depending on how many reviews you have.
• New reviews will sync automatically every 15 minutes.
• AI response drafts will be generated for any reviews that have not yet been responded to.
• Your analytics dashboard will begin tracking Google review metrics.

Permissions Explained

ReplyFlow requests the minimum permissions needed to function:

• Read reviews: To display your reviews in the dashboard.
• Respond to reviews: To post approved responses on your behalf.
• Read business information: To display your business name, rating, and review count.

ReplyFlow never modifies your business information, posts content other than approved review responses, or shares your data with third parties.

Troubleshooting

• "No business profile found": Make sure you are signing in with the correct Google account that owns the profile.
• "Insufficient permissions": You need Owner or Manager access. Ask the profile owner to grant you the appropriate role.
• Reviews not syncing: Allow up to 30 minutes for the initial import. If reviews still have not appeared, try disconnecting and reconnecting the profile.
• Multiple locations: You can connect multiple Google Business Profiles by repeating the connection process for each location.
