You Are Always in Control
AI-generated responses are never posted automatically. Every response goes through your approval workflow:
- Review the draft in your dashboard
- Edit any part of the response if you want to add a personal touch or adjust the wording
- Approve to post the response to the original review platform
- Reject if you prefer to write a completely custom response instead
This ensures every response that goes out represents your business authentically.
